When you submit the membership inquiry form, we collect:

• First name and last name (required)
• Date of birth (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (required)
• Address: street, postal code, city, canton (required)
• LFC membership number (optional)
• Whether Liverpool FC may contact you (required)
• Whether you accept the club statutes (required)
• WhatsApp group preference (required)
• A message or comment (optional)

Why We Collect It

We collect this information to process your membership inquiry, contact you about joining OLSC Central Switzerland, and fulfil our obligations as an officially recognised Liverpool FC supporters club. Your address is needed for club correspondence. LFC contact consent is required by Liverpool FC for all affiliated supporters clubs.

How We Store It

Your data is stored in Google Sheets, accessible only to club administrators. Data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections.

What We Don't Do

• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not set tracking cookies
• We do not share your data with third parties
• We do not send marketing emails unless you become a member

Data Retention

We retain your data until your membership inquiry is resolved. If your inquiry is declined or withdrawn, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
